Challenge

The existing setup they had was a set of disconnected, standalone application developed a long time ago on a now outdated platform. Slow operations, very rigid operations and near zero flexibility for changes were the main problems they were facing at that time.

Preparing accounts, handling back office tasks were among other routine problem creators.

Solution

When the client first reached out to us, our team stayed with client operational staff for about a month to get an exact idea about client operations 50% of which haven't been included in the original requirement.

Then we customize our own product, Avenir Health to suit to client requirements & delivered a unified Hospital Management Information System, HMIS. During the process multiple iterations of changes were carried out to ensure we deliver beyond user acceptance criteria.

Outcome

With the new system in place, Now Vasan Health serves their patients with better efficiency, lesser errors and zero work duplication. In the back office, the Accounts department is up to date and all routine operational tasks are carried out on system making a fast, well-coordinated workflow.

Management reports are generated on demand at any time making it very useful for both management and the admin department.
